OFFSET_FORMATTER (VARCHAR)
Definition
This user-defined function (UDF) is an auxiliary function to format the offset hour and its prefix operator.
OFFSET_FORMATTER(offset_hrs VARCHAR)Parameters
offset_hrs VARCHAR
The value to be formatted.
Returns
Returns a varchar value with the formatted output for the offset.
Usage example
Input:
SELECT OFFSET_FORMATTER('2024-01-26 22:00:50.708 -0800');Output:
