OBJECT_ID_UDF (VARCHAR)

Definition

This user-defined function (UDF) checks if an object with a specific name has been created before.

OBJECT_ID_UDF(NAME VARCHAR)

NAME VARCHAR

The object name to be evaluated.

Returns a boolean expression depending on the existence of the object.

Input:

SELECT OBJECT_ID_UDF('Test');

Output:

FALSE
