Some of the code examples are based on the Oracle Sample database Schemas. You can install a duplicate locally to reproduce the queries with the following repository. To reproduce the queries in Snowflake you will need to migrate the "hr_cre.sql" and "hr_popul.sql" files from the "human_resources" directory using the SnowConvert tool and then deploy the resulting code.
